The respective data is routinely disabled or deleted in accordance with the legal requirements.

Cookies
Like many other websites, we use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text bits that are downloaded to your hard drive by a website server. We thereby automatically receive certain data such as your IP address, browser, operating system and your connection to the internet.

Cookies cannot be used to open programs or transfer viruses to a computer. Thanks to the information contained in cookies, our website can be navigated through more easily and displayed correctly.

On no account will the data collected by us be shared with third parties or connected to personal data without your consent.
Of course it is possible to view our website without cookies. Web browsers are usually set to accept cookies. You can deactivate the usage of cookies in your browser settings. Please use the help function of your web browser to learn how to change these settings. However, please note that specific functions of our website may not work without cookies.

Newsletter
With your explicit consent, we will regularly send you our newsletter (or similar information) to your e-mail address.

To receive our newsletter, providing your e-mail address is sufficient. When registering for our newsletter, your data is exclusively used for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed about circumstances relevant to this service or the registration for it.

For an effective registration, we need a valid e-mail address. To verify that the person registering is indeed the owner of the e-mail address, we use a double opt-in procedure. We therefore document the subscription to the newsletter, the transmission of a confirmation e-mail and the reception of the requested response. Further data will not be collected. This data is exclusively used for the newsletter and is not shared with third parties.

You can withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data and its usage for our newsletter at any time. In every newsletter, you will find a corresponding link. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter on our website itself or contact us via our contact details below to inform us of your request.

Contact Form
If you contact us via our e-mail or our contact form, you give your consent for us to get in touch with you. For this purpose, you must provide a valid e-mail address. This is necessary for the allocation of and reply to your enquiry. The submission of further data is optional. Your submitted data will be saved for the processing of your enquiry and for potential follow-up questions. As soon as your enquiry is concluded, your personal data is deleted automatically.

Usage of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", meaning text bits that are downloaded to your computer and used to analyse your usage of the website. This information produced by the cookie is usually transmitted to and saved on a Google server in the USA. Because of the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, however, your IP address is shortened in EU member states and in other contracting member states. Only in exceptional cases is the complete IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google uses this information to evaluate your usage of this website in order to compile reports about the activities on it and to render further services connected to the usage of this website and the internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

The purposes of the data processing are the evaluation of the usage of this website and the compilation of reports about the activities on it. On this basis, further related services are to be rendered. The processing rests upon the legitimate interests of the website's operator.

You can prevent the storage of cookies with the respective settings of your browser software. Please note, however, that these settings might disable some of the functions on this website. Furthermore, you can prevent the acquisition and processing of the data produced by the cookie regarding your usage of this website (including your IP address) through Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in found on the following website: Browser Add-On to Deactivate Google Analytics

In addition or as an alternative to this add-on, you can prevent the tracking on our website through Google by clicking this link. It will install an opt-out cookie on your device that hinders Google Analytics from collecting your data for as long as this cookie remains installed on your browser.

Usage of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to display our contents correctly and aesthetically pleasingly, this website uses script and font libraries, such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). To prevent them from having to load multiple times, Google Webfonts are saved in your browser's cache. If your browser does not support Google Webfonts or restricts its access, all contents will be displayed in a default font.

Calling up script or font libraries automatically sets up a connection to the operator of the library. Theoretically, it is possible for the operator of the respective libraries to collect data. It is unclear, though, if and for which purposes (if any) this occurs.

The privacy policy of the library's operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Usage of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data regarding the visitor's usage of the map function. Further information about the data processing through Google can be found in Google's privacy policy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings.

Detailed instructions for the management of personal data in relation to Google products can be found here.

Google AdWords
Our website uses Google conversion tracking. When entering our website through an ad placed by Google, a cookie by Google AdWords is downloaded to your computer. This cookie for conversion tracking is downloaded when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. When visiting certain pages on our website before the cookie expires, we and Google can tell that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this website. Every Google AdWords client receives a different cookie. That way, cookies cannot be traced through the websites of AdWords clients. The data collected through conversion cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords clients who opt for conversion tracking. The clients learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were forwarded to a website with a conversion tracking tag. They do not, however, receive any personal information about any user.

Should you not want to be tracked, you can prevent the download of the cookie in your browser settings by either choosing to decline any automatic downloads of cookies in general or by setting your browser to block any cookie downloads by "googleleadservices.com".

Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies for as long as you do not want any data to be collected. If you have deleted all cookies in your browser, you have to install the respective opt-out cookie again.

Changes in Our Privacy Policy
We may modify this policy at any time to ensure that it is always in compliance with the current legal requirements, or to implement the changes in our services in this policy. The updated policy will then apply to your next visit.
