From 09 October 2019 - 01 March 2020 GREGOR SCHNEIDERs work "End of the Museum" is part of the group exhibition "The Dark Side. Who is afraid of the dark? presented in the new pivate museum MUSJA (Museo Jacorossi) in Rome. It is the opening exhibition of this new private museum and part of a 3-part exhibition series by curator Danilo Eccher. On display are large, site-specific installations and works by 12 major international artists.

CHRISTOF KLUTE in Magdeburg, Germany

From 21st of September, 2019 until 9th og February, 2020 Christof Klute is represented in the group exhibition "Modern Iconography, Photography, the Bauhaus and the Consequences 1919 - 2019" at the Kunstmuseum Kloster Unser Lieben Frauen in Magdeburg, Germany. The exhibition, which focuses on the relationship between photography and the city, will open in Magdeburg on Saturday, September 21, 2019, at 5 pm.

As part of the Kobe 2019 art project in Japen, 12 works by Gregor Schneider will be shown at 12 stations in 10 locations under the title "END OF THE MUSEUM - 12 STATIONS". From 14.09 - 10.11.2019 an entire city will be penetrated by 12 stations created by Schneider.
The first stop is "Duo Dome", where the journey through Schneiders work, in which life and death, inside and outside, present and past are connected without warning, starts under the title "Dying and the Extension of Life".

STEPHAN BALKENHOL in Sneek/Niederlande

STEPHAN BALKENHOL hat für die friesische Stadt Sneek in den Niederlanden die Arbeit "Fortunas Brunnen" realisiert. Es ist eine von elf Brunnen-Arbeiten, die von renommierten internationalen Künstlern entworfen und in den historischen Zentren der Städte der niederländischen Provinz Friesland installiert worden sind. Hintergrund: Leeuwarden-Friesland ist in diesem Jahr Kulturhauptstadt Europas und das Projekt 11Fountains soll die Städte dieser Provinz symbolisch miteinander verbinden. Damit bekommt Friesland eine neue Kunstroute, die schon jetzt als neues kulturelles Erbe gilt. Balknehols Arbeit "Fortunas Brunnen", in der viele den als Bronze-Edition bekannten "Mann mit Füllhorn" von Balkenhol wiedererkennen werden, dreht sich nun auf der Gracht vor dem historischen Wassertor in Bolsward/Sneek und soll auch nach dem Kulturjahr dort aufgestellt bleiben.
